SPECIFICATIONS
Professional certificate in Project Management (PMP, Prince 1, etc)
A minimum of two years degree or its equivalent with a minimum of second class (Upper Division) in any of the Social Sciences, Humanities or Management Science
‘O’ level distinction in English Language
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft Office Applications
Good industry knowledge covering the public sector, the energy sector, the energy sector and the financial services industry (Banking, Insurance. Etc)
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent self-presentation with high level of confidence
Good international exposure to global best practice
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

SPECIFICATIONS
Graduate in a Human Science discipline with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)
Minimum 2 years hands-experience in Human Resource
Management in a structured environment
Good international exposure to Human Resource Management global best practices
Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
Demonstrated high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense
Able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resource professionals
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive

Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations and communication
