THE AUTHORS COMMITMENT TO TRUTH:


(Truth, honesty and transparency)
“behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts and in the hidden part thou shall make me know wisdom” {Ps.51:6}
Look not on his countenance nor on the height of his stature: because I have refused him; for the Lord seeth not as man seeth: for man looketh on the outward appearance but the Lord looketh on the heart” (1 Sam.16:7)
Lord, I must be true, honest and transparent just as you are Lord enable the following must’s of my life to take immediate effect
1.      I must have no secrets.
2.      I must have no secret reserves
3.      I must not think any thought that I would not want exposed to the whole world
4.      I must not write any word that I would want to hide from anymore
5.      I must have no secret ambitions
6.      I must not have any relationship that I am not prepared for all to know about it
7.      I must not go to any place where I will not want any single person to that I went there
8.      I must not let anyone think that he is to me what I do not hold him in my heart to be
9.      I must not give a part of the reason for something and leave the other part out and thereby let people read into it what is not true
10.  I must not say anything in any way that it makes a greater impact than it ought
11.  I must not say that I have done something which I only intend to do
12.  I must not give the impression that something which is purely imaginary is real
13.  I must let people know that illustrations are not reality
14.  I must not give the impression that I love someone or something that I do not love
15.  I must not give the impression that I have been delivered from something with which I am still battling
16.  I must not hide the fact that I love someone or something that I truly love
17.  I must not expose my strong points
18.  I must not hide my weaknesses
19.  I must not confess a sin to God of which I have not repented and taken radical decision to be separated from
20.  I must not ask God to deliver me from a sin or relationship from which I do not want to be delivered
21.  I must not tell God that I love something that I do not love
22.  I must not tell God that I hate something that I do not actually hate
23.  I must not do before people what I will not do in their absence
24.  I must not do anything I am not convinced of just to please anyone
25.  I must not give the impression that I agree with something that I do not agree with in my heart
26.  I must not repeat a story that was told me since I am not sure that I will remember every bit of it and since I may tell it in a way that creates an impression that is different from that which was created by the one who first told me the story
27.  I must not make any promise that I have not settled in my heart that I will keep
28.  I must not exaggerate the faults or failures of anyone regardless of who he is and what he has done
29.  I must not talk about people who are present since I am not sure that I will always say things are indeed they are
30.  I must not exaggerate someone’s worth regardless of what the person means to me
31.  I must not under-evaluate someone’s worth regardless of what the person means to me.
32.  I must keep my promises regardless of how it hurts me to keep them.
33.  I must never seek a reason that is acceptable to me or to those around me to justify any situation. I must speak out without fearing what it will cost me.
34.  If something is true and I am asked to speak about it or if I face a situation in which I ought to speak, I must speak out without fearing what it will cost me.
35.  In any situation I must all the truth I know regardless of what it will cost me
36.  I must not pretend that I don’t know something that I know
37.  I must not pretend that I know something that I do not know
38.  I must not pretend that I have not heard what I have heard
39.  I must not pretend that I am sleeping when I am awake
40.  I must not claim that I am not sleeping when I am
41.  I must not utter any word that I am not prepared to give account of at the judgment seat of Christ
